How Lendvest Capital Works

Investor Invests
An investor places funds with Lendvest Capital in an effort to earn greater returns.

Borrowers require funds
Borrower’s apply for funds from Lendvest Capital. After a thorough review, Lendvest makes the decision to provide the borrower with funds and secures their property (or properties) as collateral in the form of a mortgage.
03.
Lendvest collects Payments
Borrowers make payments directly to Lendvest (similar to paying a mortgage taken through a bank).
04.
Quarterly Payments To Invest
Lendvest redistributes the collected payments quarterly to its investors. 1% per quarter will be paid out.
