Before co-founding Lendvest Capital, Jassy worked in senior management at a big five bank for over 20 years. Jassy’s extensive experience in Lending and Investing was a perfect fit for his new venture at Lendvest Capital. Jassy is a licensed mortgage broker which helps him craft customized solutions for his clients. Jassy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Northern BC.

Sunny has been in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years, starting out with a big five bank early in his career. After seeing the opportunity to enhance returns for clients while providing alternative solutions for borrowers, Sunny made the transition into the private capital space by co-founding Lendvest Capital with Jassy. Sunny sits on the strategic advisory and lending committee for Lendvest. Sunny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University.

Jerry has been working with clients in the lending space for over 14 years. He first joined a big five bank as a mortgage advisor and then made the jump to founding his own firm in 2012. Jerry works with both individual and corporate clients and has arranged financing from $50,000 to $10 million. Jerry is a key contributor to Lendvest Capital as he brings his wealth of brokering knowledge as well as the ability to place funds quickly through our in-house partnership with his firm, Jerry Brar Mortgages. This effectively keeps our cash position minimal and increases our yields for our investors.
